United Steelworkers Local 2251 held Special Membership Meetings on Thursday, August 25^th, 2022 to present the Memorandum of Agreement that was reached with the Company on Tuesday, August 23^rd, 2022. The Negotiating Committee unanimously recommended the agreement.

Voting took place on August 25^th after the start of the first meeting and continued until the end of the last meeting. Voting also continued on Monday August 29^th, 2022 from 5:30 am to 10:30 pm.

The results of the vote are that the membership voted 93% acceptance of the Memorandum of Agreement.

This agreement will provide stability for our members and community for the next five years. The USW Local 2251 Negotiating Committee wishes to thank our members for their continued support.
